TiffinKidz - the future of TU's Kids Choir!
TiffinKidz gives students the opportunity to get experience working in popular music styles and to experience working Tiffin University's state-of-the-art professional recording studio. It is also a chance for kids to explore a variety of musical styles that encourage a positive self-image, a strong work ethic, and an appreciation of diversity. TiffinKidz is open to all third through eighth graders.
Under the leadership of music major & producer Carter Bennett, TiffinKidz is a reinvention of the TU Kids Choir which supports TU's innovative commitment to commercial & popular music styles. Participants will learn brand new arrangements of their favorite songs and record in the studio weekly, producing high-quality tracks.
This year, weekly after school rehearsals begin on Friday, September 24, 2021. Rehearsals will be held in the Tiffin University Performing Arts Laboratory, on Fridays from 4-5pm.
Parents are responsible for arranging all student transportation to and from rehearsals. Current Tiffin University COVID protocols will be observed. As of 9/13, masks are required of all individuals inside of campus buildings.
